Sharpening is offered at the following rates, by appointment, while you wait, or convenient drop off.
Service Charge: $5.00 for up to 10 knives
Price: $1.00 per inch
Sharpening angles will be determined based on the type of blade and it’s use.
For example, a chef’s knife would be sharpened at an angle of between 10-15 degrees. Qty. 1 – 8 inch chef’s knife plus service charge would be $13.00. An 8 inch chef’s knife, plus a 5 inch utility blade and a 3 inch paring knife, plus service charge would equal $21.00.
Knife Blade Edge guards are available for purchase for $1-$3 each.
Sharpened blades will be demonstrated for your approval of sharpness.
